I've always loved cooking and especially cooking for others, so I have found so much pleasure in creating food content to share on various social media channels.

As a fat south asian woman, I can tell you that after the projection of fatphobia from mothers, aunties, movies, literature (+all other forms of media) it has been a JOURNEY to reclaim my relationship with food. When everyone and everywhere I looked was telling me I could not love myself in a fat body (and, for a LONG TIME, I believed them) I am so proud of myself for making it here.
